How can i start a return process?
If you have an account with us, please login to your account. You will find the option to return items in your order history. If you checked out as a guest, click here to start your return authorization. You will need your order number and e-mail address.

Who pays for the return package shipping fee?
Return shipments are paid by the customer, if you would like to exchange an item, the exchange shipment is free. We do have negotiated rates and are able to provide customers with pre-paid labels.
